- As a Testing Consultant, you will be responsible coordinating testing activities with customers , banks and vendors.

Tasks:
Support one or multiple clients in all their testing needs. Tasks can range from implementing a structured testing process (alone or as part of a larger team), consulting on the use of test tooling to leading a small team of test engineers in test execution.
Lead a team of internal and external (client) resources in the development of test plans, test cases/******s, and testing processes.
Develop and maintain a project plan for System Testing activities.
Manage the Test Incident Reporting Process.
Serve as a system expert resource on process/functionali ty issues.
Interact with vendors regarding software upgrades, patches, etc.
Other related responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications :
- Strong banking background and strong leadership and task planning skills (ability to coordinate and lead matrixed teams in a complex and challenging environment
5+ years of experience in the following areas:
Testing methods and practices for Payroll/Billing/ Banking systems.
System Testing Planning and Execution for Payroll/Billing/ Banking systems
Work Planning skills, Work Plan Management skills, Test Cycle Execution, Reporting.
Wide knowledge with different data structures from different database vendors.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written as well as outstanding interpersonal skills working with diverse groups of individuals and building partnerships are required.
Ability to work independently, to be a project lead and to work as a team member.
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and to work with shifting priorities and schedules.
Effectively communicate (both oral and in writing) with internal and external customers at all levels (both in excellent English and Arabic)
