I can tell you that there will be no tropical cyclone over Riyadh--and God knows best!
I was forwarded a copy of a blog, or Web page, that showed an Arabian Sea cyclone. It spoke of rain and hail for the Khaleej. This would be exceedingly rare! So maybe you have seen this same information. It could be old (from last year) or a hoax.
